Ingredients: wildcrafted turkey tail mushroom, grain alcohol, and mountain spring water.

I make my mushroom extracts using the dual extraction method which produces a high amount of polysaccharides, the good stuff! Mushroom tinctures do taste mushroomy so feel free to add it to water or coffee if you don’t like it straight.
