Self Heal, Prunella Vulgaris, also called Heal All, is one of my favorite flowers to wildcraft. It grows in abundance here in NW Montana. It is traditionally known to use for sore throats and has anti-viral properties. I use fresh self heal when making a tincture of it. In a salve or infused oil it is wonderful to heal many skin issues.
